Shipping policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates We ship from California, USA.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $39 (within the contiguous United States).
  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $39, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your package and your location. We typically use USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • West Coast: 3–5 business days.
  • East Coast: 5–7 business days.

International Shipping We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Important: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ChagaJaga is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@chagajaga.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages ChagaJaga is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. However, we want you to be happy. If your package is lost, please email us at hello@chagajaga.com and we will do our best to help you locate it or find a solution.

International Customs and Taxes

Please note that international customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by their respective countries. We are unable to advise the exact amount of these fees. By purchasing from our store, you agree to pay any additional customs fees that may apply upon delivery.
